Why it matters
This week's changes fix critical issues blocking recent Deno versions and ensure backups are properly reported as enabled in production deployments. The docker-compose update removes a maintenance burden by switching to an actively maintained storage backend.

Fixed Deno 2.9.6 compatibility for the pyodide sandbox. Corrected backups status reporting for external storage. Updated docker-compose to use RustFS instead of unmaintained MinIO.
This week we fixed critical compatibility issues and improved deployment experience. A Deno 2.9.6 update broke sandbox startup, now resolved with explicit command invocation. Backups with external storage (MinIO/S3) now correctly report as enabled. The docker-compose example switched from unmaintained MinIO to RustFS for better long-term support.
