The free plan keeps a walkthrough. Most tools give you one published piece too — but only after you install something and record your product yourself. Ours is built from your own public pages, so there is nothing to install and nothing to record.

Cancel yourself any time: Settings, Account, Subscription, Cancel. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.

Questions, answered

What is a project?

One product or website FoxPlug follows. It watches what you ship there, writes the updates about it, and keeps that project's public changelog. Free has 1, Pro has 2, Serial has 10, and on Pro or Serial you can add more at $15 a month each.

What happens when I reach my plan's limit?

Nothing you made is removed. When every project slot is full, adding another project offers an upgrade or an extra project at $15 a month. When you have used your walkthroughs, making another waits until next month on Pro and Serial; on Free the one walkthrough you have is kept.

How do I cancel?

In your FoxPlug account, open Settings, then Account, and click Cancel under Subscription. You do it yourself, with no email and no call. Your plan stays on until the end of the period you already paid for, then it does not renew and the account moves to Free.

Do you give refunds?

FoxPlug's terms do not offer refunds for time already paid. Cancelling stops the next charge, and you keep your paid plan until the end of that period. If a charge looks wrong, write to hello@foxplug.com.

Can I switch between Pro and Serial?

Yes. For now a switch between the two paid plans is done by email: write to hello@foxplug.com from your account email and your subscription is moved to the other plan.

Is there a free trial of Pro or Serial?

No. The Free plan is how you try FoxPlug, for as long as you like. Pro and Serial are billed from the day you check out.
